Your responsibilities as a borrower

When you agree to borrow money from Fintern, you enter a legal contract. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand this contract before you sign it.

By signing Fintern's Loan Agreement and Terms and Conditions, you agree to repay the total amount payable set out in the loan agreement by paying the monthly repayments, and any additional interest or charges on the Monthly Repayment Dates as set out in your Loan Agreement.

The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
