How to renew your open banking.

Renewing your open banking connection is a quick and easy process that means we can continue to support you throughout the life of your loan. We use this information to identify trends, personalise your offers (such as new products, or features) and provide you with the best service possible. 

Step One - Once logged into the Fintern app Tap on the 3 lines in the top right hand corner 

Step Two - Click on "Manage your accounts and cards"

Step Three - Click on the purple boxes to renew your open banking. 

If you have any new cards you would like to add you can do this by tapping on "Connect more banks"

How long does my OB connection last?

Your OB connection is valid for 90 days only, this is the maximum that is allowed. We're hoping that this will change in the near future and you'll be able to grant access indefinitely, or until you decide to revoke it.

I have multiple bank accounts, which ones should I connect?

We need to be able to understand your affordability, this means being able to see all of your income & expenses. It's always best to connect all of the current accounts you have. Not doing so may slow down your application or lead to it being declined.

Do you share or sell this data to any third parties?
